The Mira incubator and imaging system is just 14” wide x 13” deep x 6.5” tall (33 cm x 33 cm x 17 cm), and weighs 12 lbs (5.4 kg).
Mira comes with a designated power adapter that uses a standard wall outlet.
Experiments are as long as you need them to be, and you can capture images every 15 minutes.
Adapter plates are current under development which will allow users to use a variety of common sample vessels.
A rack system is currently being developed that will allow Mira incubators to be stacked three units high.
